Yep, using this wine in my Intro to Food and Wine class tonight. Every wine, like music, has a place and SH WZ is commendable for saving a LOT of CA heritage zin vineyards. Watermelon, raspberry and cherry in the uber clean nose. The acidity and sweetness are balanced and the mid palate gives tutti-fruity notes as well as some nice oolong tea. My dirty secret is that I love SH WZ with a spicy tuna roll, or anything with a liberal application of sriracha. Why be a hater? I would rather be spotted by fans drinking this than Silver Oak of Rombauer any day! Shows I give less than a fuck what other people think about my drinking preference.

This is my favorite wine on the market so far. It has just the right amount of sweetness to make your mouth water. Perfect for any creamy pasta meal or a crisp fruit salad!
