My last remaining bottle of the 2007 Merlot Signature. I've cellared this bottle since release almost 10 years ago and the last time that I had one was back in 2014. Popped and poured. The color, a deep garnet, still shows very well with no visible signs of age. A beautiful bouquet of dark fruits over red fruits with leather, tobacco and earth. A very acid driven wine which gives it tremendous lift, even at 13 years of age. The finish lasts for about 30 seconds. Time has been very kind to this and while there is no particular rush to drink up, I cannot imagine this getting any better.
