Aromas of buttery brioche. Medium-bodied, ripe pear and apple notes and a buttery finish. Good acidity to balance ripe fruit.

Lovely semi dry local sparkling. Clean and crisp grapefruit and citrus notes with a smooth finish.

Nice little bubbly made with the traditional method. A nice change from Prosecco which is so fashionable right now. Tart, green apple-y, nice acid and a touch of biscuit but not too complex. Fun.
