16’ Sullivan Chardonnay. Light gold in color. Baked peaches, loads of tropical fruits, honeycomb, spicy vanilla, & a bit of toasty oak flavors, with a splash of acidity. Extraordinarily well balanced. Very good! Pop & pour.

Apr 15th, 2018Initially hits the palate like a Sauv Blanc. Racy with lively acidity, displaying lime, cantaloupe, crushed rock, and hits of smoke. Admittedly I am biased as Sullivan can do no wrong in my opinion (that’s @Sullivan Vineyards, not Sullivan the dog - he’s super naughty...but such a good boy!), but I’d like to see a little more body here. I’d really like to test this against the Sullivan sauv blanc. Maybe will open later this week! Overall 👍🏻
