100% Slovenian Pinot Noir. Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry and raspberry with hints of dried herbs and dusty earth. Juicy red fruit also fills the palate along with a touch of mushroom. Finish is quite savory, bone dry and quite long. Acidity is high but the wine does not seem out of balance. Soft and silky tannins. Opens up nicely with some aeration. Thank you for the tasting, Ron B! Revisited in December 2025. Still bright and fresh tasting.
