100% Pinot Noir. Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry and raspberry with hints of dried herbs and dusty earth. Juicy red fruit also fills the palate along with a touch of mushroom. Finish is quite savory. Acidity is high but the wine does not seem out of balance. Bone dry with a very long finish. Soft and silky tannins. This wine opens up nicely with some aeration. Thank you for the tasting, Ron B!
