Butterscotch nose! On the palate, this is so deliciously funny. You’re going to laugh, but it reminds me of a cross between light airy butterscotch cookies and fresh made egg noodles! It transforms into bright lemon bars as it opens up. It’s yeasty yet it has a sense of butter-baked goodies. It can pair up with either savory or sweetened faire. Versatile in complementary pairings. I’m not a big chard gal, but I’m digging it.

Tropical notes. Pineapple, banana predominately fly aromatically and across the palate. Notes of herbaceous jalapeño and green grass underly. Love this California rendition. Delicious and refreshing after reaching the peak of a 4 mile hike!
