Suertes del Marqués
El Ciruelo Viñas Viejas Valle de la Orotava Listan Negro
Looked at my notes on this from 80 weeks ago on Delectable and still the same now ie Stalky Stemmy and very Peppery with some ginger. Ultra savoury.

I'm proud of Suerte de Marqués because they're making interesting #spanishwine and they're experimenting on their island of Tenerife and the results are mostly good and sometimes curious. #listan with whole cluster ferments.

Mar 27th, 2015Where the La Solana is fruit forward the Ciruelo is defined on the nose by a smoky, meaty and mineral. A wonderfully pure palate with a dark chocolate tannins but very svelte, delicious with a lovely acidity and fresh, red fruited finish
