2009 #brunellodimontalcino that’s just starting to come alive - high expectations which were met by the aroma: forest floor, cherry, mushrooms. I think you almost drink this wine by smell than taste. It probably could breathe even longer than the hour I gave it, but alas it was so delicious that it didn’t last long enough to find out for sure.
