not too shabby: citrusy nose mingled with petrol & apples, palate was fairly austere & brimming w/zesty acidity - plenty of tart citrus. this was not the soft round Riesling of Pfalz, this was something entirely different - thought this would have fattened up & rounded off with some age, but it was all knees & elbows
