Really interesting stuff. The nose features some pretty intense apricot and yellow apples initially. Citrus aromas are dominant here along with some perfumed floral notes and mint. Dried herbs too it all off.
Triptyque = three vintages, three varietals, and three terroirs. Small production and decidedly artistic, it’s at once rustic and elegant. But constantly exciting. Very zippy and refreshing, it’s precise and complex. Still feels young but nicely developed. Bread and citrus with a bit of cherry on the tongue. This was very nice.

Jul 9th, 2022Wow! This is outstanding. Disgorged march 2021. Nose took me to peach/apricot farm in California immediately. Green apple, baked apple, more stone fruit, tart on the palate with some Meyer lemon mixed in yogurt. There’s also a brioche and honeysuckle/jasmine flower component at the end. Will search for more of this one!
