A bit boozy. After the heat comes red fruit then dark fruit. A little menthol / eucalyptus toward the back, with some licorice and oak on the finish.

Some sharp citrus, then some blackberries, followed by a bitterness almost like dark chocolate. It doesn't have the nice full body of better wines. Certainly not as complex as other pinots. With its strong citrus forward notes I think it would pair well with a heavy meal. 2013 vintage

Thanksgiving with really dry turkey. Wine was a high note although, not as great as told it might be. Age?
