A nice dark, purple cab. A bit thin on the palate, but loads of fruit especially blackberry (but not a sweet blackberry by any stretch). Very dry, tannins are very present and enough acid. A bit too much oak on the finish and the finish is a bit short but probably where it has to be for this price range. $15 at Kroger.... There are better ones for less but a decent wine.

Great find on sale at the weirdo Kroger. Would definitely buy again at $15 or so. Deep purple color, rich fruit, thick body, hung out well with the spicy asian food too
