I could smell this for days. Grapefruit, lemon peel, juniper, peach, sea water, grass. It keeps evolving. Palate is clean with just enough body to make it interesting but not heavy. This got better with time in the bottle. Outstanding!

Sep 17th, 2022Nose is fascinating this year. I get cucumber, mint, then citrus, and ocean. Palate is lemongrass, flowers, cucumber, a bit of heat, and lingering acidity. Will see how this years evolves.
