Raspberry, prune, burlap, malty smell, color is milky ruby, the acid comes in straight away and is persistent and actually peaks at the end and doesn’t numb the tongue but instead tingles, the fruit is there along with a tannin but the acid makes it feel more wet and savory than it probably is. Raspberry and strawberry and some rhubarb.

Fantastic. Holding the structure and drinking beautifully. Can tell it will drink well for years to come. Scott and I are obsessed
