Tasty and vibrant, reminiscent of happy spring greenery. Floral and citrusy, notes of green fruit. Easy drinker that would pair well with tomorrows hangover. Would be good with fish and seafood (especially with herb sauce, think tarragon, lovage, chives etc), mozzarella salad, strong garlic or mildly sour flavours.
