This is a deep, intense, robust Cab. Im talking classic Bourdeaux-style. At first way too tannin-y and overbearing but amazingly, after being left open for several days, it balanced out nicely!

Light cab, good to have as an afternoon drinker but I would not have been happy if I ordered this with a steak. Just did not have the body for a meal.
