Drinking well at almost 10 years old. Hints of soy starting creep in and show it’s age, but dried tobacco, earth, leather and chocolate rule the day. Wish I had more of these.

Balsamic/soy. Broiled maple, brown sugar, charred apple, cedar, cinnamon and a peach in rum-blackberry reduction bordering on oyster sauce Coffee rye soaked in burnt brown syrup, bakers chocolate, fernet branca comes to mind, sage, peppercorns, dark botanicals. #stonebrewery #russianimperial #stout
