Combe Ballard Canyon Trousseau

Lots of gummy strawberries/raspberries, slight earthy note, tea-like quality, chocolate, herbaceousness? Took a while to open up.
Very nice easy drinking wine. The only issue with this is I find the alcohol % (13.5) is a little out of whack for the grape varietal. I can feel the alcohol up front and it sort of overwhelms the grape.

Purity and grace. Elegant and the purest expression of more isn't better. Sometimes you don't need a " punch I. The face" ... just a delicate touch

Delicious, light & refreshing—a perfect hot day wine. Strawberry, sour cherry and black tea on the tongue but an ethereal translucent ruby in the glass. More of this, please! #trousseau

Gorggggggeous color wine. Love this grape!

Chose this cuz we luv the pet nat so much. Hushed tannins, strong acid. V bright. Kinda like if a pig took a shit n they tried to cover it up with raspberries n strawberries. Wasn't served at proper temp doe.

Fresh but flavorful. Like a very drinkable version of more robust, fuller flavor wines.
