San Benito County Cabernet Pfeffer
Not flawed but a little on the sweet side and gassy. Super natty, to a fault for my taste. First time with this grape.

My wife - first ‘huh’ then it is actually not bad. Geek wine but fun. Sells out so fast there is so little just some tiny vineyards in CA. William Pfeffer apparently planted it it’s an ancient variant from Bordeaux.
