Very interesting varietal. Micro growth. Strawberries, pomegranate, white pepper, and some tannins.

What a wine! 2019 was tainted with some VA issues but this; this vintage is beautiful. William Pfeffer is smiling from his grave

Nice reminds me of Trousseau. Licorice nose, Raspberries, touch white pepper, touch sweet although stats say 0%, it must be the fruit, very nicely done. My wife - first ‘huh’ then it is actually not bad. Geek wine but fun. Sells out so fast there is so little just some tiny vineyards in CA. William Pfeffer apparently planted it it’s an ancient variant from Bordeaux.
