Bright and pale, with the clean stone aroma of a cold mountain spring. Explosive palate; bitter lemon cream mousse rips across it and parks, giving a long, persistent taste with lipsmacking acidity and creamy texture. Thrillingly intense and engaging.

Should I rate this a 10 since it's really tasty and is the first time I've had Zierfandler and Rotgipfler?

Crushed rocks, pear, lemon peel, white peach and white flowers on the nose. The palate is rich, creamy almost, with a good acid drive and some RS it seems, a good bright pear and white peach note all along before a surprisingly fresh finish with fruit. I like it better this time than last time because I think I have learned to enjoy and appreciate wines leaning toward off-dry some more

Pineapple and other yellow fruits on the nose, along with honey and beewax. A tiny bit of lemon peel too. The palate is rather sweet and round, borderline semi sweet, but with a strong acid drive and a nice bitter touch (lemon peel) in the end. Interesting but not really what I wanted to have right now

Supple mouthfeel. Lemon cream and some controlled minerality in the resolution. malic is definitely there along with some residual sugars (guessing).

Rich, minerally and waxy on the nose with notes of citrus and white stone fruits. Bright, clean and rich on the palate. Zesty and opulent flavors of citrus lead to creamy notes with lots of dry stone and a touch of herb. The finish is long and rich with lots of big, lingering acidity.

Oitstanding. The complexity of s very good Riesling with the fresh, crisp character of a good Gruner. Excellent.

Wow, the acidity took me places! The nose is pretty clear and quiet: stones. I agree with Chaad; the palate is bitter with fruit like lemons and riper stuff, and the texture feels creamy. Most of all, I liked how the acidity came, went, and returned: waves, arcs, and angles.
