What a great wine whose pleasure forces one to think outside of predefined norms, not because it is so different, but because it fits into what many would call “typicity.”

@Delectable - this is primarily cab franc - Spicy dark fruits in droves but not too much pyrazine, still young, confusing for the uninitiated at the table
