Mar 12th, 2019Candy red color and light nose. Strawberries and bright red fruit. Some structure w an herb/grassy note but really just red fruit sweet. Not at all syrupy or jammy, which saves it. Had a short bright almost earthy kick to go with unmistakable strawberry. It was good not great for me. Not on par with really any of the cru Beaujolais I’ve had recently. I have to be in mood for something like this.
