Dark ruby red. Elegant attack on the nose with purple flowers followed up by some finesse and fruitiness with graphite and dark berries. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium plus body. Spiced palate with cinnamon, caramel and some ripe berries. A little singular but seems to be just a baby that needs some time to develop. Medium plus finish. Give a couple years before opening and trying again.

Took a while for this cab to come together. But once it did, after about 2 hours in a decanter, the silky sweet vanilla oak flavor had well integrated with the dark fruit into a very well balanced wine. It also continued to develop the soft tannins into a more pronounced backbone over time that offered a nice lingering finish.

This wine is lush, very fruit forward, but a coal, tobacco, blackberry finish, took an hour to open, but when it did it bloomed! Just a great wine!

Sweet Cherrie, with hint of tobacco. Very smooth, drinks yummy. Waiting to see how it opens...

Great wine, too bad they are no longer making such great wines, oaky, smooth, dark chocolate hints.
