Great Pinot Grigio! Versatile. Perfect for antipasto, seafood, light creamy pastas.

My favourite of the whites in the Generous Pour 2016 at the Capital Grille, from Stellina di Notte in Italy.

Smooth and jammy. Slight floral notes, minor acidity on the swish. Medium bodied on the palete with subtle fruit notes on the swish for M.
