Well this was a fun 1L that gives you way more than you pay for. The nose features stone fruits, thinking peach, with some citrus zest and nice wet granite. As it opens, it shares some white flowers and blossoms. The acidity makes your mouth water and really soak in the powerful notes of fresh minerality and tangy kick. Long, long finish. Sip after sip and it just gets better and with that extra 250mL and another 2 bottles here I might be in trouble...

nose: aromatic, wet slate, touch of fresh garden hose, white peach, lime citrus backbone
palette: a bit fuller than initially expected, high acid, honeyed stonefruit that was hidden to me on the nose, slightly mineral finish that lingers
overall: a cheap, screw-off liter bottle that overperforms
