This superTuscan wine was an amazing and versatile food wine, standing up bravely to a meal of Thai peanut-coconut shrimp, vinegar cucumber/carrot-mint salad, and Armenian spiced steak over a bed of spinach-couscous roasted red peppers. Excellent!
