Great wine, surely better than expected. But then I think I’d rather a proper taurasi. Trying a touch too hard to approach new age palate.

Does this have more protons, or electrons?
It’s good. Really good.
It’s missing something though. Could be more time in the cellar.

Smells of black fruit, plum, and a whiff of smoke. Bold and dry, lingering velvet on the palate. Fruitier than expected (a good thing). Medium tannins. Great overall, and a good purchase @ $31 CAD.
