Oscillated between natural funk and searingly pure fruit, flowers and rocks. Texturally plush and dense on some moments. Pretty slick to see portugieser treated with this reverence.

Awesome, well balanced, and low Abv make it a great summer wine. The low Abv doesn’t reduce the structure or finish of the wine. Baked apple and blue cheese with a bit a funk.
