Weird. Reminded me of a chardonnay.

At "Heaven" in Key West. Mild floral on the nose. Tart crisp acid, non descript citrus, moderate minerality, fatty mouth feel when it warms up (chilled stone crabs, grilled hogfish w/ sun dried tomato cream sauce, finger potatoes broccolini. Finished w/ Key Lime Pie. 😊

Woodsmoke and barnyard on top of caramel apple on the nose. Delicious clean citrus taste, lush mouth feel. A lot going on and drinks easily. Steele is one of my favorite Lake County wineries. Great people in the tasting room, great winemakers. Cheers.
