Balanced surprise…a smooth & graceful drinking Pinot from Carneros…med-full body dark berry flavored vino more reminiscent not of the light Sonoma Pinots but of big Russian River Pinots…not “there”, though. Perfect tannins, acidity, great valid at yes - Costco - from a winery unknown but perhaps shouldn’t be.

Perfect lunch wine for some cheese, nuts etc. Has all of the Pinot Noir qualities including the nice herby notes. Totally recommended. Not too high alcohol makes it very approchable.

A nice white that needed a little time after opening. Once it breathed for a while it became very delicate, smooth and crisp.
