Pale gold in color. Nose full of spicy, peppery peach and nettle. Some flinty/smokey notes too and a whiff of lemon peel.
On the palate taut and tightly wound around a core of steely lemon acidity, full of energy and minerality and a pinch of white pepper. This is a lovely Riesling - so pure & focused.
