Notes of Cuban cigars, cherries and black at the end. Wine started out full bodied and balanced and evolved in the glass. Toward the end notes of tar and pepper

Drink without food. It’s just too good to pair with anything. Very complex with notes of dark red fruit and chocolate. Spectacular.

Lovely. Just staring to turn the corner. Acid has started to show nicely with lovely structure. Nice notes of chocolate, cassis, and The stags minerality are showing nicely.

Fantastic wine - sweet with tones of blackberry and strawberry... but also a little dry. Highly recommended!
