Drink without food. It’s just too good to pair with anything. Very complex with notes of dark red fruit and chocolate. Spectacular.

Lovely. Just staring to turn the corner. Acid has started to show nicely with lovely structure. Nice notes of chocolate, cassis, and The stags minerality are showing nicely.
