Got to see the 40th anniversary throwback label...very cool! Powerful and lovely wine. Nose could be smelled a mile away. The mouth feel is so enjoyable. Black currant notes, little smoke, little vanilla. Excellent juice.

2013 - the absolute richest red I've had in a long time. Fruit subdued w/Wood & leather dark initial impression with very dry finish. Also felt a warm and funny buzz after 2 glasses (almost reminiscent of absinthe? - but that might just be us!!)

Classic napa cabernet flavor, lots of vanilla notes, very full bodied
