Straight honeysuckle. Reminds me of Conundrum by Caymus. Very atypical for a Napa Chardonnay. Also can't believe the '14 is out already

Deep lovely fruits. Dark with light notes. When it’s cooled, it’s much easier to drink and the tannins are nice when they hit the back of palette. Pairs great with any sort of red meat.

Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Hands of Time chardonnay 2014.

Lemon verbena, yellow apple and sea spray on this good Napa chardonnay. The palate has the trademark buttery notes but it's not as intense as some others I've tried, with not-overwhelming acidity and a good weight and body.

Post half marathon, who knows if my brains got it right, but I think the pros are off... great wine! Not too much oak

Slight lemon, vanilla, and definite oak on the nose. Big minerals and toasty oak. Well made, definitely new world Chard.
