Good overall well balance taste.....a little tannic on the start but with some oxygen - she has calmed down nicely. Beautiful wine. Don't know the story on it but it will pair well with red meat, chicken, cheese, even chocolate almonds. Go ahead and drink - things could be worse.

Smooth as hell wine from the producer responsible for piquing my interest in great wine back in 2001. Blackberry, smokey (as described by Amanda), quince. Very pleasurable on this Memorial Day weekend.

Such a nice nose of wild fruits and cocoa. It works. Wet earth, some dried herbs, and more cocoa all in my mouth. The leather mixes well with the plums and cherries. Subtly sweet, but not too sweet, with a nice finish. Certainly not the biggest Cab ever, but done just right.

Really great blend. All defined flavors come together in one glass. Notes of sweet plums, slight licorice and dry finish
