Extremely herbaceous Cab from the Fay vineyards, like they say, FAY all day!!!! White pepper, cumin, green bell pepper, maybe even jalapeño notes. The oak is there for sure but well balanced. Beautiful fruit with the acid and tannin to back it up. This is a wine meant for aging and not just an oak monster by any stretch. Will have to get more and store over time. 14.5%
