Cask 23 Napa Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Needs a bit more time in the bottle...but delicious.

Black fruit, vanilla, coffee, bread, ound and pleasant tannin. Perfectly balanced. For the first sip right after opening the cork, I can't find any red wine can beat this one.

Pleasant. No wow moments.

2008 Cask 23 in March 2016 ... Aged and flavorful.

Not overly complex, expected more. Seems like this bottle was a little closed down.

Taste very heavy but really drinkable.

Oak smell, dry notes, chocolate finish. Great for meats. Dens color and texture.
