Nice cab. Needs an hour to open up. Just a night alone with me and my wine. :-)

Incredible wine that was so smooth and finished with a pop. Ready right out of bottle.

Tasting notes from the Judgement of Paris anniversary event at Cadillac Wines...
Great body, beautiful vanilla like nose. Pitch dark blackberries and powerful tannins. Though putting away is definitely possible, definitely feel like this is best within 3-5 years.
