Salus Estate Booth Bella Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon

The MoM group had a rather large line-up of bottles this week, nearly a dozen strong, and not a dud in the lineup. That being said, this was one of three bottles that rose to the top. This arguably had the most interesting and enjoyable nose. A serious wine that would compliment a variety of meals. Impressive.

Special bottle from no longer farmed vineyard. Went down a bit hotter than the other Staglin cabs. Excellent. Cosmos Club Staglin dinner

Aerated and decanted for about an hour. Deep every flavors with notes or licorice and earth.
