Dark ruby in color with a short purple rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, dried fruits, raisins, vanilla, cedar, licorice, cloves, earth, leather, tobacco, cola, black pepper, spices and chocolates.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, raisins, vanilla, leather, cedar, licorice, cola, mocha, herbs, earth, tobacco leaf, spices, graphite and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel.
Already drinking beautifully, but still young and needs 5 to 10 years of bottle time to mature properly.
Good right out of the bottle, and a little better after 2 hours of airtime, when more complexity comes in.
A great sipping wine. No need for food here 😊
This 8 year old from the great 2013 vintage is tasty delicious.

Simply right. Rutherford flavors come thru after about thirty minutes. Did not need to decant. A bit more beautiful and delicate than expected. Held up to a saucy port schnitzel!!!!

It has pronounced, developing aromas, including, candied blackberry, black cherry, creme de cassis, violet, potpourri, clove, anise, vanilla, cinnamon, cedar, nutmeg, leather, earth, and game.
This wine is dry, with medium acidity, high alcohol, medium(+) body, medium tannins, and medium(+) intensity in flavors consistent with the nose. This wine has a medium(+) finish.
Ooh this wine is smooth and velveteen. The aromas and flavors are well integrated. It’s simply delish. Paired perfectly with a filet mignon.
