Deep gold in color; apricots, jasmine, and semthing else I can't place on the nose; high acidity; tastes like honey, lemon, and crushed gravel with a long finish. I love this wine.

CVed 8/23/17 comp of three Spats. Honeyed nose with hints of hay and petro and tropical flowers. Golden color and medium body with good balance and long finish of complex floral notes. Most ripe and honeyed of the three. Yum. Opened 9/29/17. Matched perfectly with moderately spicy sausage and pasta. Drinking well. Same score.
