I really like this wine. On the nose: citrus, lemon, pear, apple, candied fruits. On the tongue: lemon, grass, candied fruit, with a slightly herby finish. There’s a waxy lemon rind mouthfeel to the texture. Long finish. I love it. Candied fruits from the semillon is great for a sweet pork dish and the lemon from the sav blanc makes a great pair for chicken. Great value for price.
