Estate Grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Napa getting some credit again in my book for simple and just delicious.

I am such a follower of this wine bought last 2 bottles at total which is significantly less in price than Publix but I still buy from Publix no matter the price. For me I have loved this wine for years. Since I ï first started buying this it’s increased in price. This vintage seems a little more cherry than I prefer. Also I brought with me to a hotel and traveled with a high quality plastic wine glass which may distort the taste. Overall i still love!

10/2022. Another very good 2018 Napa cab. Great flavor and feels good on the palate. Paired well with the rib eye at Hall’s Chophouse.

Amazing wine to go with my filet. Oakey and berry.

12/2021. Good medium bodied cab. Floral and easy to drink. Paired well with the flat iron wagyu served at Hall’s Chophouse.
