Nice tart but the cherry. Good acidity fragrant nose. Lean structure with a cleansing finish. Perfect with pork and red beans and rice.

Very drinkable with savory herbs, pine needles, and some cranberry/raspberry fruits. Burgundian effort. Great balance and potential to age. Love St Innocent wines!

Mushroom and truffled nose with some baking spice and raspberries. Palate was lots of acid; tasted very young. Some heavy fruit and more of the brown earth flavors. Bet it would gain a lot in two or three years.
