Sonoma Valley Merlot

Mine is a merlot. Smooth and satiny with plums and chocolate.

Fruit forward; plum, blackberry jam, tobacco; rich with long finish

Solid merlot, dark and inky, slightly disjointed nose with alcohol overtones but tastes good with plum fruit and caramel/ toffee plus some slight burnt smokiness in the finish. Definitely fruity but a little dry.

Light wine. Not too strong in flavor.

Needed time to breath. Berry taste without being overwhelming with a slight oak finish.

Nice merlot, but not outstanding

....now I know why Jimmy Ties left Buffalo.... Drinking well with Philly over lunch... Howard Beach then Boca... Chi-town a few days away... Looking forward to grabbing a meal with Baby Carlo... Nice, dark, fragrant Merlot... Another excellent everyday wine...

Fruity,smooth and luscious!

Creamy vanilla full taste. On the fruity side.

Alive! Dark fruit and greenery. I really like a merlot on this style. Oh, and your teeth are going to get purple!
