Second bottle after the '10 Jordan at my celebration of life dinner. Much bigger than the Jordan with big-time bottom notes an a bit of blackberry but still doesn't lose the character of Bordeaux that appeals to me. I love the complexity and appreciate the way that it doesn't go for the easy appeal.

Big luscious red. Dark purple, full blue and black fruits. Enough acid and round tannin to support it all.

Sep 16th, 2016Drying, supple tannins. Nice acidity and verve. Floral/perfumed with licorice and dark fruit. So good now but will be better in another year or three.
