Big and brawny but with softened tannins after 11 years! Excellent with strip steaks. (Aussie & Canadian). Camphor and chocolate predominate the flavor profile - less sweetness and more tobacco hints at seriousness and further age ability. Massive body would reveal it's New World origin. A serious wine.
