A crisply, acidic Sav Blanc that will punch your mouth. Dry finish, citrus all along the ride. But after that initial shock and awe, a quite nice sharp white. Recommend you pair it with something as after the first few sips, you need to balance this. But worth the effort as this is a great accompaniment glass!

Citrus and tropical fruit but not the typical grapefruit minerality of a NZ SB. Hints of Chardonnay notes. Tasty and easy to drink.

Crisp, but a bit thin. Does not hold up to spicy food. Lots of pineapple notes, some green grass notes.

Yeah, this does it for me. Young and zesty, mineral, with upbeat acidity. Very proper, well composed. Short finish. Cheers.
