Favorite Cab Franc so far. This is my favorite winery so far. Great story, great people. Great wine. Complex, leathery, tabacco and a mouth full of barnyard earth. Great representation of the land and vineyard shows in this wine.

Initially somewhat thin and acidic. Gained depth and balance with some air. Dark fruited rich with long finish.

Did not love it at first. After about an hour it opened up and delivered a on a new level. Nice bouquet, robust flavor without being overwhelming. Went well with spicy fish tacos

Alc really high. Imbalanced, paired well with a strip steak but burned on the palate.

Wonderful smooth Cab Franc- deep earthy flavor- not overly fruit forward - great finish with no bitter aftertaste .

Nice funky moss and forest floor nose. Ripe raspberry and fresh red berry paired with oak on the palate. Fruit forward on the palate. Funk on the nose.
