Grape variety is Pecorello(85%) not Pecorino
The wine is rich, luscious
It smells of honey, a bunch of flowers, yellow ripe peach, papaya, turmeric, mineral and aromatic herbs
It's a fascinating bouquet that is in full bloom when the wine gets to room temperature otherwise the high alcohol overwhelmes the scents that are kind of "frozen" underneath
It's enjoyable, but i have a memory of a better version a while back. I can guess the vintage has given this spectrum and the nearly offending warmth.
